Hi
I have 2 kids with 17 months between them. A fat busting tip that worked for me, was to walk a mile a day very fast, then built it up to a run, then a run / walk for 2 miles everyday.
I am a single mum, so if I can make time for exercise, anyone can.
The other tip would be to have a session with a personal trainer to actually demonstrate the exercise to you, preferbly a female pt who has had kids!

Great advice, do you have any tips for working out with your pram? I saw someone jogging with their pram the other day!

The same basic rules apply whenever you are trying to lose weight, cut the carbs down, eat loads of veg, raise the protein, drink loads of water and get regular and progressive exercise.
The main problem when you have children as i'm sure you know is time on your own to train so find as many things to keep yourself active with your baby. Walking is always good, find different routes with hills ect.
If you can find time to train choose weights over cardio to keep your muscles in good condition. If you find do a good solid circuit with heavy enough weights you shouldn't need to do any cardio.
If you are looking for a personal trainer find someone who is Pre and Post Natal qualified.
