Some Fat Burners work.....most don't (in my opinion). Firstly you have to realise that when you take fat strippers, the tablets and the dose is relatively small compared to your normally daily food intake which means they are not going to take you from 20% body fat down 8% body fat in 2 weeks.
The key thing for me are the ingredients, alot of fat burners have more of a thermogenic property this increases your core temperature and makes your body burn more calories throughout the day....sounds good...but we actually want to burn more fat if i wanted to burn more calories you could just exercise more!!
