I went along to Fenwicks in Bond Street, to Pure Massage, to experience their trademark Body Massage.Pure massage is hidden away in Fenwicks, but it set aside from the shop and is surprisingly calming and quiet. I wasn't sure what to expect with my Body Massage, but Luliana explained the kind of massage techniques she was going to use on me, for the next hour. This put me at ease, and she assured me to let her know if I was experiencing any pain during the massage. As I lay there, Luliana hands, arms and elbows were magic, and put my body into deep relaxation. She worked on some of my knots in my back, which was a little painful, but very relieving to my aching back. She then moved onto my arms, and my legs and not forgetting my feet. The hour flew by incredibly quickly, and left me feeling revived, and my aches and pains relived. After my massage, Luliana explained to me how she would recommend that I have more massages, and perhaps take up yoga to relieve some of the tension build up in my back. I can honestly say, that my body felt completely relaxed, revived and I walked straighter and taller for days after. I would recommend this massage to everyone, men, women, active and inactive, as its so important to look after your back and relive tension from your muscles regularly to help your body and soul.
