A Trip to The Chelsea Day Spa
Written by Elaine Rose    Print E-mail

I went to meet with Daniela Karanesheva a physiotherapist and masseuse who works at The Chelsea Day Spa at 69a Kings Road, SW3 (0207 351 0911). Daniela gave me a neck back and shoulder massage which can only be described as exceptional. She is a skilled and highly trained masseuse who matches the overall professionalism of The Chelsea Day Spa. Despite its headline address, The Chelsea Day Spa is not expensive. A Mother’s Day Signature is £160 for a two hour pampering experience- pedicure and manicure and full body massage. Daughters can go too for a special £240 joint price with aromatherapy message. Best to book now while you can for next year! Back neck and shoulder massages are £40 for 30 minutes and facials are from £45. Nails, threading and waxing can also be done. Oxygen infusions are a specialism and so perhaps next time I will be brave enough to try one too. It can be hoped that the oxygen may improve the few remaining brain cells. A file and polish is just £15. A person would struggle to find such a bargain in SW3. The whole ambience is delightful and the Spa spans several floors, those with mobility problems may have to call ahead for advice. The Chelsea Day Spa is not pretentious but is both warm and welcoming. You won’t be disappointed!

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
