FF.  Tell us a bit about what you do...

CB. I do martial arts. My main focus is Korean Tang Soo Do, and a form called XMA (xtreme martial arts) which is relatively new and is more for demonstration purposes. This combines the martial arts with extreme kicks, flips and tricking and this is then choreographed to music.

FF.  How did you get into martial arts? What drew you to following this path in life?

CB. I originally started martial arts when I was 7. This was due to following in my brothers footsteps. He started before me, and whilst attending regular classes just to watch him I decided it was something I wanted to do.
I however had no idea that this would turn into a career at all, just something that gradually happened over time.

FF.  How did you feel when you were asked to appear in films?

CB. I was over the moon. I mean it has always been my dream as a child growing up. When I was around 15 my instructor become a stunt women, and it was then that I rialised that this is what I wanted to do and it was possible to have a career doing something you love doing.

FF.  What is your favourite part of your job?

CB. The most favourite part for me is the travelling, The Countries I get to visit and also the people I get to meet. My job takes me on a different path every day, there are never 2 days the same. Its amazing!

FF.  Tell us a bit about your training regime...

CB. My training regime is pretty manic at the moment as I am training to be on the UK stunt register. For this I need to be to a very high standard in 6 different disciplines. So therefore I have had to up all of my training tremendously. I am probably training on average at the moment for at least 5-6 hours every day.

FF. What music do you listen to when your training?

CB. I like to listen to anything with a good strong beat. Something that gets me pumped up & to just want to focus and train hard! I dont really have a style as such.

FF. What is your diet like, do follow a strict diet?

CB. To be honest I've never been one to follow a real strict diet, although lately because I have took my training up to another level, I have had to be alot more strict with what I eat and drink. Especially trying to get the right balance and intake with my carbs and protein.

FF.  What has been the best moment in your life so far?

CB. Wow this is a hard question to answer because I have so many. But 2 of my best moments are:-
The first time I went to America to compete at the US Open in the Womens division.
Never before had an outsider won over there, so when a British women won the Championships it was amazing!! The whole stadium went crazy!

Then my other one is definately achieving my Guinness World Record the beginning of this year. To see myself in the Guinness Book of Records 2010 is a great achievement. I hold the current record for 'most kicks in one minute' at a record of 212 kicks, which was filmed in China.

FF.  What is your dream from now?
CB. My future goals are to continue training hard, and pushing forward to enable me to get on the stunt register, and also have a few Martial arts schools up and running. I already have one in Essex, so I would like to really push for that one to grow first and then expand.

FF. What advice would you give to people trying to get rock hard abs like yours?

CB. The main things are to train hard and eat right. Obviously things like sit ups, leg raises, those kind of things help a great deal. But to be honest if you train hard within your sport you will get a nicely toned body without even having to do alot of conditioning.

FF. What advice would you give to anyone who wanted to get into martial arts?

CB. I'd Say to definately go for it. Not only is it good for fitness and keeping in shape, but it will give you so much confidence within yourself. I used to be so shy growing up but Martial arts really brought out the best in me. Give it a go, there are so many styles out there, that I am sure you will find one that you love!

FF. What work have you got coming up?

CB. I am currently working on the last Harry Potter film, which is alot of fun. Im not playing a big part at all, in fact I am just a snatcher but the experience is great! Other than that I have alot of plans for 2010 including new commercials, an adidas commercial coming out on TV that I shot the end of this year. So fingers crossed it will be a good year!

FF. Do you love Final Fitness?

CB. yes of course!! :-) I think its great. Everybody should check it out!
