Scosche IDR650M. These headphones look great. With their sleek design, they come with adjustable ear pieces, S,M and L (there’s nothing worse than having the wrong size earphone!)

AKG K316 In-Ear Sports Headphones . Historically I have had a poor relationship with my ipod headphones, either they fall out when I run or they have such poor sound quality it doesn't seem worth the bother. However, all that changed when the Final Fitness Team persuaded me to try the AKD 316 and overnight my life changed for the better. Not only did the earphones stay in play and were able to be moulded to my delicate ears but the sound quality was fantastic and made me understand what I had been missing all this time. Additionally the inline volume control works well. The set comes with a soft case and cable winder.
